I am so excited to share with you my special: Creamy Avocado Smoothie Recipe.
You can have smoothies as a quick healthy pick-me-up between meals.
Or, you can replace your meal with a smoothie such as breakfast.
I prefer to have my smoothies as a dessert. This is how I've been having it lately. It changes depending on the seasons and my fitness goals.
But, after a few trials I've managed to perfect a creamy avocado base which I usually have with a spoon.
Normally, I like having my avocado with lots of toppings -but the smoothie base recipe is just enough on its own-.
My family and I like to go overboard since w consider it a dessert, but you can add whatever toppings you like.
It is also cost effective since it is homemade, I always get shocked at the prices of drinks in general in Europe and the US alike but especially can't handle the smoothies.
Smoothies are so easy and quick to make. I personally think there is no need to go overboard and buy them at such an extortionate price.

According to medical health today: "Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. Although most of the calories in an avocado come from fat, don't shy away!"
Creamy Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1 Banana
- 3 dates
- 1 cup Milk of choice( Dairy/non dairy)
- Toppings of choice: nuts,fresh fruits, chocolate
Instructions
- In a blender mix the avocado, banana, dates, milk and blend.
- Serve in a glass or bowl, add your toppings of choice.
