- ½ avocado
- 1 Banana
- 3 dates
- 1 cup Milk of choice( Dairy/non dairy)
- Toppings of choice: nuts,fresh fruits, chocolate
In a blender mix the avocado, banana, dates, milk and blend.
Serve in a glass or bowl, add your toppings of choice.
