Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup Milk of choice( Dairy/non dairy)
  • Toppings of choice: nuts,fresh fruits, chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a blender mix the avocado, banana, dates, milk and blend.
  • Serve in a glass or bowl, add your toppings of choice.
