Ingredients needed

Cottage cheese: It provides creamy texture and protein, I almost always use full-fat in my recipes but you are welcome to use low-fat if you're in a cutting phase or if that's what you prefer.
Almond flour: It's what provides authentic cookie dough texture and an extra protein boost.
Maple syrup: Used as a natural sweetener but you can replace it with honey, agave, or stevia.
Protein powder: It adds protein and helps achieve cookie dough texture. I used vanilla protein but you can use unflavored whey, casein, or plant-based (may need to adjust liquid content)
Semi-sweet chocolate chips: I usually prefer to chop my chocolate bars because they give me chunkier bites than chocolate chips- you can use cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips.
Vanilla extract.
How to make the Viral Tiktok Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Step 1- Blend wet ingredients:
Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla in a food processor or blender until smooth scraping down sides as needed.

Step 2- Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder and chocolate chips with the blended cottage cheese mixture then add the blended cottage cheese mixture and fold together until well combined.
Chill for 30 minutes or enjoy straight away.

- Let your cookie dough sit for 5 minutes before adjusting the consistency. If it is too wet, add more almond flour 1 tablespoon at a time. If too dry, add a splash of milk of choice.
- Don't overmix the dry ingredients into the blended cottage cheese.
- If you're a fan of sea salt, you can add a sprinkle to balance the taste.
- You can add in peanut butter.
- You can store your cottage cheese cookie dough in the fridge for up to 4 days and in the freezer for up to 2 months.
