Chocolate Popcorn Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup corn kernels
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 80 g chocolate more if you like it more chocolatey
Instructions
- In a double boiler melt the chocolate.
- In a pot mix the oil with the corn kernels. Cover with the lid and shake occasionaly.
- Mix the chocolate with the popcorn.
- Spread the chocolate popcorn on a tray lined with a baking sheet in the freezer.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes, seperate hocolate popcorn chunks and serve.
