Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

A sweet, crunchy and chocolatey popcorn recipe. for your movie night or as a pick me up snack.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 80 g chocolate more if you like it more chocolatey

Instructions
 

  • In a double boiler melt the chocolate.

  • In a pot mix the oil with the corn kernels. Cover with the lid and shake occasionaly.

  • Mix the chocolate with the popcorn.

  • Spread the chocolate popcorn on a tray lined with a baking sheet in the freezer.

  • Let it sit for 15 minutes, seperate hocolate popcorn chunks and serve.
