This Moroccan 3 ingredient salad's name is actually the Moroccan salad.
I grew up eating this salad and cannot be without it.
I will give you how my mother makes it and it is up to you to spruce it up as you like.
For serving sizes I like to count one tomato, ½ onion, ½ pepper per person.
It is more delicious to roast the pepper on a gas stove but if you have an induction one you can roast it in the oven, airfryer or in the BBQ.
Moroccan 3 Ingredient Salad
A basic Moroccan salad that consists of roasted peppers, tomato and onion.
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion Small
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or balsamic
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Roast pepper on stove top or in oven.
- Chop tomatoes and onion.
- Peel, rinse and chop the green pepper.
- Add salt, pepper, cumin, vinear, olive oil and mix. Serve.
