A basic Moroccan salad that consists of roasted peppers, tomato and onion.

- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion Small
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar or balsamic
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- salt & pepper
Roast pepper on stove top or in oven.
Chop tomatoes and onion.
Peel, rinse and chop the green pepper.
Add salt, pepper, cumin, vinear, olive oil and mix. Serve.
