Cottage Cheese Taco Dip

Hanaa Idouz
This 2-ingredient cottage cheese taco dip is a must-try. Creamy and spicy, it’s ready in under 5 minutes. Simple yet versatile and packed with flavor.I like to serve it with chips for a classic dip or dollop on tacos for an extra kick.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese full fat
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  • Using a blender, food processor, or a bowl with a handheld blender, whip the cottage cheese until smooth, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even texture.
  • Add in the taco seasoning and blend everything again.

Notes

After preparing the dip, let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This resting time allows the flavors to blend.
If the dip turns out too thick, gradually thin it by stirring in a small amount of milk or lime juice.
For an extra thick texture, consider mixing in a small amount of Greek yogurt or cream cheese.
Store leftovers in an airtight container with a lid and refrigerate for up to 3 days. To preserve its fresh flavor and fluffy texture, keep this cold dip chilled. Stir well before serving.
