This 2-ingredient ranch dip recipe features cottage cheese. It’s creamy yet light, flavorful and high in protein. It comes together in less than 5 minutes—proof that great taste doesn’t have to be complicated.
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pause a couple of times to scrape down the sides, ensuring everything is evenly blended.
Add in the ranch seasoning and blend one more time.

You can adjust the consistency of your cold dip by adding a splash of milk or water to it.If it's too thick you can either add a teaspoon of ranch dressing or leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.If you're hosting guests and want to make ahead, consider making a double batch. Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. For convenience, you can use the original cottage cheese container to store it.
