Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  •  Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pause a couple of times to scrape down the sides, ensuring everything is evenly blended.
  • Add in the ranch seasoning and blend one more time.
  • Place the ranch dressing in a serving bowl along with your dipping veggies, crackers or your favorite chips.

Notes

You can adjust the consistency of your cold dip by adding a splash of milk or water to it.
If it's too thick you can either add a teaspoon of ranch dressing or leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
If you're hosting guests and want to make ahead, consider making a double batch. Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. For convenience, you can use the original cottage cheese container to store it.
