Ingredients
  

  • 1 toast sourdough, rye or wholewheat
  • 2 tablespoon cottage cheese full-fat, low-fat or fat-free
  • 1 handful fresh mixed berries
  • 2 mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread until golden and firm.
  • Spread cottage cheese.
  • Top with fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries).
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Optional: drizzle honey or sprinkle chia seeds.
