1 toast sourdough, rye or wholewheat 2 tablespoon cottage cheese full-fat, low-fat or fat-free 1 handful fresh mixed berries 2 mint leaves optional
Toast bread until golden and firm.
Spread cottage cheese.
Top with fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries).
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Optional: drizzle honey or sprinkle chia seeds.
Choose a thick-sliced bread and toast it well so it doesn't get soggy.
