This Matcha yogurt bowl recipe is a great high protein breakfast idea if you're a Matcha lover, it can also work as a healthy snack or dessert. The base recipe only needs 3 main ingredients and you can switch things up with the toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon granola
  • 1 handful frozen berries

Instructions
 

  • Place the yogurt, matcha and maple syrup in one bowl and mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Notes

No need to use another dish. Just mix all the ingredients in the same bowl you’ll be eating from.
You can amp up the protein in this recipe by adding a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
If you use sweetened protein powder you will need to reduce the amount of sweetener you use.
The base recipe of this breakfast Matcha yogurt bowl can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. you can add your toppings just before consuming for.
