Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat or extra fat
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a 9/13 baking sheet.
  • In a blender mix in your cottage cheese and eggs, add your optional ingredients: salt and oregano and blend until you get a creamy liquid with no lumps.
  • Pour your egg and cottage cheese mixture evenly into the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool down completely to allow it to firm up. Serve it with as you should any flat bread with your favorite fillings. See the suggestions above.
